Spectrum5 provides engine model development, engine simulation and optimization, as well as physical and optimal design of exhaust headers for racing applications. We also have partnered with other companies to provide matched components for particular racing applications and even individual track setups.
We use industry standard engine simulation software package for engine development work, proprietary non-linear optimization tools written in MatLAB/Simulink, and proprietary physical design tools also written in MatLAB. Our physical design software is absolutely state-of-the-art and will produce exact header solutions. See the technical papers section of this web site for more details.
